This policy explains what information Tile Trio processes when you play, use reward features, or contact us.
In short: the game stores progress and settings in your browser, may use analytics and advertising services, and only receives contact details you choose to send us. Public blockchain activity is visible to anyone.
1. Information we process
- Game and device data. Level progress, game settings, reward balance, language, browser type, device type, IP address, referring page, approximate location derived from IP, and interaction events.
- Browser storage. We use local storage and session storage to remember progress, preferences, browser notices, reward status, and locally recorded requests.
- Information you send. If you contact us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
- Reward and blockchain data. If you use a blockchain reward feature, wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, amounts, and related public ledger information may be processed. Blockchain records are public and generally cannot be deleted.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate the game, remember your progress, provide requested features, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, measure performance, understand how the game is used, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.

Data saved locally remains on your device until it expires or you clear your browser data. Public blockchain records are not controlled by Tile Trio.

You can clear local game data through your browser, limit cookies or tracking in browser settings, and choose not to use optional reward features. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain personal information. Contact us to make a privacy request.
7. Children
Tile Trio is not directed to children under 18, especially where blockchain reward features are available. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
8. Security and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service or blockchain transaction can be guaranteed completely secure. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, where data protection laws may differ.

We may update this policy as the game or legal requirements change. The date above shows when this version was last updated. Material changes may also be highlighted in the game.
